Completed work delivered according to agreed requirements is also non refundable.

Our team will review the request and respond within five to seven business days with a decision.
In some cases partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. Any administrative or processing costs may be deducted before issuing a partial refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
